Team C wins 3-0. Please review our ranking as we won all games in the ranking tournament and don't understand why we were placed in Tiers 15 to start the season... This is Team B. We confirm the information above, but we also want to highlight that we should not have started this season in Tier 14. The same issue happened last season, where it took half the season before we were matched with teams at our actual level. Tier 14 is too high for us, and we would like to be moved down by 3–4 tiers. We are now in the second week of being stuck in Tier 14 because one team hasn’t shown up each week. Under normal circumstances, we should be moving down, but since the opposing team forfeits, we don’t get the chance to drop tiers. This is preventing the system from placing us where we belong. Can you confirm if it would be an option to move us down and if not, maybe team A could end up staying on 14?
